Shipping Policy

Super Singh's Canadian Things is committed to providing our customers with the very best customer service. Super Singh's Canadian Things complies fully with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 legislation.

Handling Times
We usually require 3-5 working days to process your order and get it ready to be sent out. This however is subject to change. Once your order has been sent out, you'll receive a notification of dispatch email from us which will include a tracking link for your parcel. If you are not going to be in, you can use the tracking link to divert your parcel.

If you need your order urgently for an event, specific day or occasion, or if you have any specific delivery instructions, please email us as soon as possible at supersinghscanadianthings@gmail.com.

Delivery Options

Super Singh's Canadian Things offers standard delivery through a multitude of delivery partners who offer a 2 working day delivery service within Mainland United Kingdom*.

*Mainland United Kingdom covers England, Wales and Scotland. 

The delivery fee is £6.99 for a parcel up to 10KG in weight (inclusive of packaging). Larger parcels (10-30KG inclusive of packaging) is charged at £9.99. Any parcels above 30KG are quoted on a case by case basis - please email us at supersinghscanadianthings@gmail.com for more information.  The charge will be added to your invoice. If at the point of shipping Super Singh's Canadian Things becomes aware of an increase in the couriers delivery charge, you will be charged the higher amount.

Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us as a result of a customer not being available to receive their parcel on the delivery date or subsequently not making arrangements to have their parcel redelivered or collected and it exceeds the courier's retention period, the customer will be liable for the initial cost of delivery including any fees charged to us by the courier for the return of the parcel. In this scenario, once your order has been delivered back to us, we will get in contact with you to offer either a refund of your order, minus the initial cost of delivery and any return to sender fees incurred, or re-dispatch your order at the cost of the delivery charge plus any return to sender fees incurred.

Heat damage to orders

Please note that in hotter temperatures there is some risk that chocolate or other heat-sensitive items will arrive melted. Unfortunately, we cannot control the temperature and conditions the products are exposed to once they leave our store. We do not consider melted items as defective or damaged and our returns policy does not apply to them.

Lost orders

If in the unfortunate situation your parcel is lost in transit, please notify us so that we can take this up with the courier. The standard practice is that the courier will conduct an initial sweep and provide an update within 48 hours. If the parcel has not bee found, the courier then initiates a 'deep sweep' of the depot and sub depots for the parcel and provide an update within 5 working days. It is only once the courier confirms that the parcel is lost can we refund or replace the parcel.

If a parcel has been delivered by the courier but has gone missing, this is a criminal matter that you must talk to your local police authority about. Super Singh's Canadian Things will not be held liable for any parcels that have been delivered to the correct address by the courier.
