Super Singh's Canadian Things is committed to providing our customers with the very best customer service. Super Singh's Canadian Things complies fully with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 legislation.
Returns and Refunds
Super Singh's Canadian Things is happy to accept and refund unopened items, for any reason, within 14 days of delivery, from all product ranges except for Snacks & Chips, Mystery Boxes and E-Gift Cards.
Super Singh's Canadian Things cannot accept any returns for perishable or bespoke goods. This includes:
- Breakfast with less than 2 months best before date upon delivery
- Confectionary with less than 2 months best before date upon delivery
- Grocery with less than 2 months best before date upon delivery
- Hot Drinks with less than 2 months best before date upon delivery
- Soft Drinks with less than 2 months best before date upon delivery
In the event that your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, Super Singh's Canadian Things is happy to offer a free replacement upon the production of photographic evidence. This evidence is required simply so that we may process a claim with our courier and recover the cost of the damaged goods. Super Singh's Canadian Things is happy to offer a refund for damaged goods should you wish to return them to us instead.
Heat Damaged Items
Please note that in hotter weather there is some risk that chocolate or other heat-sensitive items will arrive melted. Unfortunately, we cannot control the temperature and conditions the products are exposed to once they leave our store. We do not consider melted items as defective or damaged and our returns policy does not apply to them.
